We travel to the manufacturer's site in Europe and inspect the machine before shipment. You receive a full inspection report.

Customs & Logistics
We handle documentation, duties and freight to Dar es Salaam port — then onward to Mbeya, Mwanza, Arusha or wherever your plant is.

Installation & Commissioning
Our service engineer travels to your site and works with your team throughout assembly and start-up. Your operators run the line, we support them until targets are met.

Performance Sign-Off
We run the line at agreed specifications. You sign off only when your team confirms the output on site.

Original factory parts on demand, delivered via DHL to Dar es Salaam in 5–10 working days. Preventive maintenance plans available on request.
