Where personal data is transferred outside Tanzania, Philipp Ltd. will take appropriate measures to ensure that the transfer is carried out in accordance with applicable Tanzanian data protection legislation and that an adequate level of protection is provided.
Where required, the appropriate approval or permit will be obtained from the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) before personal data is transferred outside Tanzania.
Tanzania's PDPA specifically restricts transfers abroad that do not comply with the Act, and the PDPC operates a cross-border data transfer permit system.

9. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including responding to enquiries, managing business relationships, providing requested services, and complying with legal, regulatory, accounting, or contractual obligations.
When personal data is no longer required, it will be deleted, anonymised, or otherwise securely disposed of, as appropriate.
